TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The objective of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions, procedures, and other necessary items, as required by the Telecommunications Business Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Act, regarding the use of all services provided by Steel & Steel Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "Company") on its Internet news site Steeldaily(www.steeldaily.com).

1. Conclusion of Service Agreement
(1) The service agreement shall be concluded at the Company's approval of the user's application for service use and the user's consent to the Terms & Conditions
(2) For those wishing to subscribe to Steel Daily, the individual shall provide his or her personal information as requested by Company.
(3) In the event that the Company accepts a user's application for service use, the Company shall notify the user of the member ID and other information recognized as necessary.
(4) The Company shall not accept any of the following application forms :.
- When applying using the name of another person or company
- When the contents of an application form are recorded falsely

2. User Obligations
(1) A user is liable for all the responsibilities of managing his or her ID and password.
(2) A user shall immediately notify the Company if his or her ID is wrongfully used.
(3) A user shall comply with the Terms & Conditions and provisions set under this agreement relevant laws.

3. Termination of Agreement and Restriction on service use
(1) In the event a user desires to terminate the service contract, the user shall use the membership withdrawal service and apply for the withdrawal from membership.
(2) When requesting withdrawal, the user must enter his or her name and ID to confirm his or her identity and select 'Membership Withdrawal’ to automatically cancel subscription.
(3) Withdrawal from membership can be verified with inability to log in with existing ID and password. Once revoked, existing users can not use the ID.
(4) In the event a user distributes or shares his or her user ID, the Company shall immediately cancel the ID and no refund shall be given for the remaining membership period.
(5) In case of paid subscribers, refund is possible only if the request in given in seven days after payment. Any kind of Refund is not possible after seven days from purchase of our services

4. Release restrictions on use
(1) In the event the Company determines to restrict the service use of a user, the Company shall notify the user or their representative of the reasons of restriction and period by phone or e-mail.
(2) In the event the Company acknowledges that it is necessary to immediately restrict the service use of a user, the use of the service may be restricted without the aforementioned procedures.
(3) The company shall immediately lift the suspension of use only if it is found that the reasons for the suspension were resolved during the suspension period.

 This Agreement shall take effect starting on 1 August 2018.
